Dr. Isakson is a board-certified family medicine physician, with subspecialties in urgent care and preventative medicine. He moved to Alaska in 2010 to do his medical residency and never looked back. Today patients give him top ratings for his care and his ability to make people feel at ease through both compassionate care that’s never rushed and his good humor.

Dr. Isakson enjoys running, hiking, sea kayaking, cross-country skiing, reading, the performing arts, traveling, and exploring Alaska with his wife and dog.
